I specialize in working with clients navigating ADHD, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and creative minds—artists, writers, and innovators—helping them move through self-doubt, regain clarity, and reignite inspiration when feeling stuck. With experience working with diverse populations, including other therapists, I bring a nuanced understanding of balancing personal and professional growth. My practice is best suited for clients ready to engage with intention, curiosity, and a commitment to meaningful change.
Education and Training
I received a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy from Antioch University. I have training in Lifespan Integration (level 2) a gentle approach that uses memories to heal trauma and builds emotional resilience. I strive to integrate values around inclusiveness and I continue to educate myself in working with clients from an anti-oppression lens.
